About the program
Sustainable Schools Program has partnered with Sustainability Victoria to implement their award-winning program and online platform (SSP Online) across our ACT schools. SSP Online will allow schools to choose actions, create goals, and track their sustainability progress, all in one spot.
It’s a free program to all ACT schools and supports actions through taking a whole school approach to:
- improve sustainability
- take climate action
- reduce emissions.
By using the easy-to-follow framework across the school’s operations, curriculum, and community, the program can help your school:
- manage energy, water and waste
- increase and protect biodiversity
- attain sustainability star certification.
