Make your event more sustainable with free advice, signage and equipment. Show your attendees you care about the environment while reducing your event’s impact.
All public events in the ACT can access this program.
About the program
The Sustainable Event Program helps you plan and deliver environmentally responsible events.
We provide free advice, resources and equipment, including:
- educational signage
- water bottle refill units
- Container Deposit Scheme (CDS) collection bins
- bin covers
- delivery and collection of equipment.
We’ll help your event:
- reduce waste and increase recycling
- use less energy and water
- lower greenhouse gas emissions
- educate attendees about sustainability.
How it works
- For tailored advice, get in touch with our team to improve your event’s sustainability.
- Complete the Agreement for the Use of Sustainable Event Program Equipment to book signage and equipment.
- Our team will contact you to confirm your booking.
- Receive your equipment to support your event.
