The Home Energy Support: Rebates for Rental Providers program has supported ceiling insulation upgrades in rental properties from 2022 – 2026 and is no longer accepting rebate applications.
Support for rental providers
All rental properties in the ACT must meet the minimum energy efficiency standards for rental homes by 30 November 2026.
Eligible rental providers may be able to access low-interest loans to support the cost of insulation upgrades in rental properties.
